When the first man Adam disobeyed in the garden of Eden, sin entered the earth and the entire human race was subjected to condemnation. Adam enjoyed unclouded communion with God before the fall. But after the hour of temptation, the man and woman were in despair because spiritual death had taken place.
One man sinned, and so death ruled all people because of that one man. But now some people accept God’s full grace and his great gift of being made right. Surely they will have true life and rule through the one man, Jesus Christ ~ Rom 5:17
The birth, death and resurrection of Jesus paved way for all mankind from every nation, tribe, tongue and race to access and enjoy fellowship and communion with God. Jesus was obedient to the will of the Father. He came on earth and took on flesh and bore the sin of mankind through His death on the cross. For that reason, God exalted Him and gave Him a name above every name of those in heaven, things in earth, and things under the earth (Phil 2:9).
Man as a living soul begins to enjoy communion with God when he/she believes in the finished work of the cross and confesses Jesus Christ as Lord. Jesus gives Life! When we receive Christ, we receive life eternally. We enjoy communion with the Father by spending time with Him through His word and Prayer. And when we encounter Jesus (Life) like the woman at the well in John 4, We cannot but boldly share this God News with others without shame or condemnation.
